Lee and I met in high school in a small town in Maryland. After high school the Coast Guard moved us here to Savannah, GA, a city that quickly became home. We fell in love with the charming little Southern city and we can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.

Lee has always enjoyed tinkering and building things from an early age. His love of woodworking just makes sense!

Some of my favorite childhood memories involve crafting with my Grammy. I have always loved using my creative side to create pretty spaces. I spent many hours as a kid rearranging and repainting my room. I lost count of the times I have had him repaint a room searching for the right color or just wanting to switch things up.

It’s so special that Lee and I get to morph our talents together into Before & Ackers! Our daughter, Addison is our favorite little “employee”. As a family run business, we love the she enjoys being involved in the day to day projects we take on. Don’t be surprised if you catch her at a job site with us!
